Before You Start
1. Charge it fully
Plug the included USB-C cable in for around 2 hours before first use. The light goes from red (charging) to green (full). One full charge gives you about 2 hours of use, which is roughly 8 sessions.
2. Get familiar with the modes
There are 9 vibration modes — 6 steady and 3 rhythmic. Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on, then tap the mode button to cycle through. We recommend starting on the lowest steady mode for your first session.
3. Find a comfortable spot
You don't need to lie down. Most customers use VibeSculpt sitting on the sofa, at their desk, or while getting ready in the mirror. Anywhere comfortable works.
The 15-Minute Daily Routine
This is the routine our customers settle into. Do it daily, or 3–4 times a week — whatever fits your life.
Wrap the strap around your waist so the device sits over your lower back or one side of your waist. Start on a gentle steady mode. This is the area most people notice first — it's where tightness from sitting, travelling and stress tends to live.
What to do while it's working: Sit comfortably, scroll your phone, do your skincare, or just close your eyes for a minute.
Move the strap down so the device sits over your hip or upper thigh. Many customers bump the intensity up one notch here. Switch sides at the 7-minute mark so you cover both.
What to do: Use this time to get dressed, finish your makeup, or pick out your outfit for the day.
Glutes, the other side of your waist, or even your arms or calves. Try one of the rhythmic modes here — they alternate intensity and feel different from the steady ones.
What to do: Stand up and stretch, or simply unwind for a few minutes.
When To Use It
Our customers most commonly use VibeSculpt at one of these moments:
- Morning, while getting ready — wrap it on while you do skincare, makeup or pick out an outfit.
- After a long day of sitting — desk work, long drives or flights leave the waist and lower back feeling tight. VibeSculpt is the unwind.
- Before going out — fitted outfits, holidays, dates, events. The 15-minute session helps you feel more comfortable and put-together.
- Evening wind-down — on the sofa while watching TV. Many customers say this is when they sleep best.
- After workouts — not as a replacement for stretching, but alongside it.
Caring For Your VibeSculpt
Cleaning
Wipe the strap with a damp cloth (no soap). Wipe the device itself with a dry microfibre cloth. Don't submerge it in water — it's splash-resistant, not waterproof.
Charging
Charge fully, then use until the battery indicator flashes. Avoid leaving it plugged in for more than 24 hours at a time — like any rechargeable device, this extends battery life.
Storage
Keep it in the original box or any dry drawer. Avoid extreme heat (don't leave it in a hot car).
Troubleshooting
It won't turn on
Charge it for 30 minutes, then try again. If the indicator light doesn't come on at all when plugged in, contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
The vibration feels weak
Check the mode — you may be on mode 1. Cycle up using the mode button. If it's still weaker than expected, the battery may be low; charge it fully.
The strap feels loose
The micro-hook closure works best when slightly snug. Pull it firmer before securing — it shouldn't pinch, but it shouldn't slide around either.
