This website is operated by GlamEase, a trading name of Tracksonhire Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you're at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country). You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products and pricing

We've made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen displays colours exactly as they look in real life. Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm the billing and shipping information is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we suspect are fraudulent, duplicate, or in breach of these Terms. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors — we do not see or store your card details.

5. Product use and disclaimers

GlamEase VibeSculpt is a massage-style body-care device for comfort and relaxation. It is not a medical device, fat-loss device, workout replacement, or treatment for any health condition. Results and experiences may vary. Always read the included instructions before use. If you have any underlying health conditions or are pregnant, consult a doctor before using.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs and the GlamEase name — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.

7. User comments and submissions

If you send us comments, suggestions, reviews or other submissions (with or without us asking), you agree we can use, edit, copy, publish or distribute them without owing you anything in return. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you send. Don't send anything libellous, abusive, infringing or unlawful.

Our site may include links to third-party websites we don't operate. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Review their policies before transacting with them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlamEase and its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products — including lost profits, lost data or replacement costs. Our total liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
