30-Day Comfort Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order within 30 days of receiving it, we'll arrange a return and refund. No long explanations needed.

How to start a return

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and a quick note about why you're returning.
2. We reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back in original condition with all accessories. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
4. Refund issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

What's eligible for a refund

• Any unopened item, within 30 days of delivery.
• Any opened item you're not happy with, within 30 days of delivery.
• Any defective item, within the 1-year warranty window — free replacement.
• Any item damaged in transit, within 48 hours of delivery — free replacement.

What's not eligible

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery (except defective items under warranty).
• Items visibly damaged or modified by the customer.
• Heavily soiled straps (we'll still refund the device portion).

Defective or damaged items

If your VibeSculpt arrives damaged or develops a defect through normal use, contact us straight away. Send a photo or short video showing the issue and your order number. For defective items inside the warranty window, we'll send a replacement free of charge.

How long refunds take

• Approval: within 1-2 business days of us receiving your return.
• Refund processed: 5-7 business days after approval.
• Visible in your account: usually within an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order will have been processed by the warehouse and will need to be returned through the standard refund process.
