Free Tracked Shipping

Every order ships with free tracking. Here's what to expect after you check out.

Order processing

1-2 business days after you place your order. You'll get an immediate order confirmation email, plus a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

  • United States: 8-14 business days from order confirmation.
  • Other countries: 10-18 business days, depending on customs processing.
  • Tracking activated: typically 2-3 days after dispatch.

Customs and import duties

Orders ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Depending on your country and local customs rules, customs duties, import VAT or sales tax may apply on top of the order price when your package arrives — these are the customer's responsibility, not ours. We can't predict or refund customs charges. Please check your local customs rules if you're unsure.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email a tracking link automatically. Click it any time to see where your order is. If you don't see the email after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Missing or delayed orders

Tracking can occasionally show no movement for a few days, especially during customs processing — this is normal. If tracking hasn't updated for over 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, message us and we'll investigate immediately.

Wrong address

If you realise you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will have been processed by the warehouse and we may not be able to redirect it.

Damaged on arrival

If your VibeSculpt arrives damaged, take a photo within 48 hours of delivery and contact us. We'll replace it free of charge, no questions asked.
