If you’re not happy with your order within 30 days of receiving it, contact us and we’ll arrange a return and refund. No long explanations needed.
How To Start A Return
- Email us within 30 days of delivery.Use the Contact page and include your order number plus a quick note about why you’re returning.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days.You’ll get the return address and clear instructions for sending it back.
- Send it back.The product should be in original condition with all original accessories. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
- Refund issued.Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll email you when it’s processed.
What’s Eligible For A Refund
- Any unopened item, within 30 days of delivery.
- Any opened item that you’re not happy with, within 30 days of delivery.
- Any defective item, within the 1-year (single) or 2-year (3-pack bundle) warranty window — free replacement.
- Any item damaged in transit, within 48 hours of delivery — free replacement.
What’s Not Eligible
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery (except defective items under warranty).
- Items that have been visibly damaged or modified by the customer.
- Hygiene reasons — the strap if heavily soiled (we’ll still refund the device portion).
Defective Or Damaged Items
If your VibeSculpt arrives damaged or develops a defect through normal use, contact us right away. Send a photo or short video showing the issue and your order number. For defective items inside the warranty window, we’ll send a replacement free of charge — you don’t need to send the faulty one back unless we specifically request it.
How Long Refunds Take
- Approval: within 1–2 business days of us receiving your return.
- Refund processed: 5–7 business days after approval.
- Showing up in your account: depends on your bank or card provider, but usually within 3–5 additional business days.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order will have been processed by the warehouse and will need to be returned through the standard refund process instead.
