Shipping & Tracking
Free tracked shipping on every order. Here’s exactly what to expect after you check out.
Standard Tracked Shipping — Free
8–14 business days from order confirmation. Tracking is shared as soon as your order ships.
Order processing
1–2 business days after you place your order. You’ll get a confirmation email immediately, and shipping confirmation once it leaves the warehouse.
International orders
We ship to most countries. Local customs or import duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility — these vary by country.
Your Order Timeline
- Day 0Order placed — you’ll get an immediate order confirmation email.
- Day 1–2Order processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
- Day 2–3Tracking number activates — we email it to you automatically.
- Day 8–14VibeSculpt arrives at your door.
- Day 10–16We send a follow-up email with your Quick-Start Guide and a reminder to actually use it!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link directly. Click it any time to see where your order is. If you don’t see the email after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Missing or Delayed Orders
Occasionally tracking can show no movement for a few days, especially during customs processing. This is normal. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 7 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, drop us a message and we’ll investigate immediately.
Wrong Address?
If you realise you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will have been processed by the warehouse and we may not be able to redirect it.
Damaged on Arrival
If your VibeSculpt arrives damaged, take a photo within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We’ll replace it free of charge, no questions asked.
